Shipping Policy
We offer domestic shipping within the United States and International shipping.
Shipping is Free for all domestic orders. International shipping is a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping, $25 for priority shipping. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order, unless otherwise mentioned. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on domestic or international orders.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@12gemsjewelry.com.

Our handmade crystal jewelry is one-of-a-kind. All of our pieces are inspected before they are shipped. Should you receive a piece that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damaged pieces are eligible for repair. Any damaged items must be returned for repair within 60 days of purchase*.
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on domestic or international orders.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges. 12 Gems Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.
*12 Gems Jewelry does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a damage return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
